By using Whisky Pricer you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the service
You must use the site lawfully and not for any purpose that is harmful, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Content and accuracy
We aim to provide accurate whisky and auction data but do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Price and market information is for general interest and should not be relied on as the sole basis for investment or purchasing decisions.
4. Marketplace
Whisky Pricer acts only as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We do not facilitate, manage, or take responsibility for transactions, payments, or delivery. All dealings are between users. You must be 18 or over to use the marketplace.
5. Disclaimer
We are not financial or investment advisers. Any price predictions, trends, or recommendations are for information only and do not constitute professional advice. You should do your own research and seek qualified advice where appropriate.
6. Intellectual property
The site design, branding, and our content are owned by Whisky Pricer or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission except for normal use of the service.
7. Premium+ monthly voucher draw
Where we describe a monthly prize draw (for example a £50 whisky voucher) for Premium+ members, that promotion is subject to this section. We intend to run the draw only when we have enough Premium+ subscribers for it to be practical and sustainable; until we launch it, no draw takes place and no prize accrues. When the draw goes live, we will notify all Premium+ subscribers using the contact details associated with their accounts. We may change how the draw works, postpone it, suspend it, or withdraw it altogether at any time, with or without notice. Any additional rules (including eligibility, how winners are chosen, and how prizes are delivered) will be set out when the draw is active.
8. Changes and termination
We may change these terms or the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms.
